Cullen Skink, “Our flagship soup” based on my grandmothers recipe and named from the old fishing village of Cullen, that neighbours with ourselves.

Premium fresh haddock that has been smoked in our own 100 year old kilns at Buckie, combined with potatoes, onions and fresh double cream, with a touch of pepper to give a real taste and hearty feeling on a colder day

A superb taste of a luxuary seafood soup, with a canny taste of Atlantic Lobster and prawn.

CREAM OF ARTICHOKE AND SMOKED SALMON SOUP

Smoked Salmon that has been smoked in our own traditional 100 year old kilns at Buckie, blended with Jerusalem artichoke, lemon, pure butter, onions, chives with a touch of pepper.

The result, a wonderful creamy fragrant soup.
